Welcome to Benny's Bubblez.

By scheduling, booking, or receiving any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Benny's Bubblez provides professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, polishing, and protective coatings.

Service descriptions are available on our website and may be updated at any time.

All services are performed to the best of our ability based on the time available and the condition of the vehicle.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Same-day appointments are available if our schedule permits.

For appointments we are unable to complete personally, we may send a subcontractor to perform the service using the same standards and products as Benny's Bubblez.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service. Benny's Bubblez is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal items left inside the vehicle.

If the vehicle contains hazardous materials, excessive trash, biohazards, or infestations (such as mold or insects), we reserve the right to refuse service or charge additional fees.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments, and other approved payment methods.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

5. Service Limitations

While we aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, scratches, or other damage may be permanent and cannot be completely removed.

Benny's Bubblez is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

Customers will be informed if additional time, products, or charges are necessary to complete a service due to unforeseen vehicle conditions.

6. Liability

Benny's Bubblez is insured and will exercise reasonable care while working on your vehicle.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the total value of the service provided.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on the condition of the vehicle.

Any protective coatings or products applied are subject to the manufacturer's limitations and recommended care requirements.

8. Changes to Terms

Benny's Bubblez may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
